Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order's total weight and destination.

Duties, Taxes & Customs: Buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. The Cozy Color is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
